Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Items purchased through third-party vendors or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) must be returned through those platforms and are not eligible for returns through Hovila.xyz directly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital content (e-books, guides, or downloadable resources).
- Customized or personalized products (such as custom-designed tables or prints).
- Opened or used merchandise unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at admin@hovila.xyz with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the return authorization form. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
After your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@hovila.xyz to discuss your options. We will assist in processing the exchange based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@hovila.xyz with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time to appear. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@hovila.xyz, and we will assist you further.
